Return Policy For eBay Sales:

1.) All sales are final. Returns of product, other than those with defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2.) Shipping costs on all returned items are to be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.

3.) Customer must package the item for return shipment as if it were new and working.

4.) Failure to package item correctly will invalidate both the RMA # and warranty.

5.) RMA items must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA number

6.) Defective items will be replaced, only if the auction states they will be not dead on arrival.

7.) Defective items will be tested for functionality upon receipt.

8.) Defective items may be replaced by a comparable part of equal value

9.) If a replacement is not in stock, a refund check will be mailed within 2-3 days.

10.) NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS AFTER 14 DAYS FROM RECEIPT!!
